Dr Chew Yu Gee
Founder
Consultant Paediatrician
MBBS (National University of Singapore), M.Med, MRCP (Ireland)
Dr Chew calls himself a "small kampung doctor with a big heart". Originally from the country town of Kulim, Kedah, he was blessed with a scholarship to pursue the career of his dreams - studying Medicine at the prestigious National University of Singapore.

Initially wanting to be surgeon, his plans took a different turn when he thrived in his paediatric posting. It was such a joy to be able to work with children and provide hope for their parents. It was then that he decided to become a paediatrician - a decision to this day that comes with no regrets. His warm smile, enthusiastic laughter and passion for healing is demonstrated daily at Hope Children Hospital and its clinics.

Dr Chew himself is a father of 5 children, and a grandfather to 2 young girls (he's expecting a lot more in the future!). He understands a parent's worry and is always ready to lend a listening ear to your concerns.
One of his signature moves is the "no crying injection technique", where an immunisation is over before the child has even had time to cry!

Dr Art Chew
Anaesthetic and Critical Care Registrar
MBBS (Monash University)
Dr Art Chew brings with him a wealth of experience from his time in various hospitals throughout Peninsula Malaysia - Penang, Selangor and Johor. After completing his internship in Penang General Hospital, he commenced a medical officer job in anaesthetics in Hospital Sultan Aminah, where he acquired skills to manage patients in ICU with life-threatening conditions. Dr Art Chew is therefore comfortable dealing with the most acute and life-threatening illnesses such as anaphylaxis and airway obstruction.
His passion extends to the emotional and spiritual health of patients, which he incorporates into his daily practice. He is a firm believer of "God heals, we help" and will go out of his way to provide emotional and spiritual care for families should they request it.
